I know what it’s like to feel stuck in a cycle of dieting, defeat, and frustration. For most of my life, I struggled with my weight, starting at just five years old. I grew up hiding food, missing out on activities, and feeling ashamed of my body. By the age of 41, I weighed over 400 pounds. I couldn’t walk through Walmart without losing my breath, and even my patients started to notice. That was my turning point.

On August 10, 2017, I had the gastric sleeve surgery, not as a quick fix, but as a tool. The real change came when I surrendered the journey to God, shifted my mindset, and began building sustainable, faith-filled habits. Since then, I’ve lost over 235 pounds and, more importantly, kept it off for over seven years. My transformation wasn’t just physical, it was emotional, spiritual, and deeply personal.

Now, as a Nurse Practitioner and Christian Weight Loss Coach, I help women who have 100 pounds or more to lose experience the same freedom and lasting change I’ve found. My Forever Weight Loss program is rooted in faith, grace, nutrition, mindset renewal, and daily habits that align with your real life, not just a diet plan.

When I’m not coaching or practicing, you’ll find me planning events, decorating, experimenting with high-protein healthy recipes, or volunteering my NP services to those in need. I’m a wife, a mom, and someone who genuinely enjoys teaching, encouraging, and helping other women live the healthy, joyful life God created them for.
